Collision Repair Technician

Local family-owned body shop seeking a collision repair technician to add to our team. As a result of being in business for over 40 years, we have an established long list of clientele, which helps with future jobs through references, in addition to insurance-driven jobs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in auto body repair and/or refinishing
• Attention to detail and ensuring we deliver quality work
• Understanding the proper step-by-step repair process of vehicles
• Organization for taking apart and reassembling cars in relation to repairs
• Frame knowledge and repairs a plus
• Welding experience
• Multitasking skills
• Ability to read a work order and ask for clarification, when needed
• Keeps their work area clean and organized
• Ability to lift over 50lb+ and perform physical tasks
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Understanding proper usage and disposal of hazardous materials
• Good teamwork with other technicians to ensure quality workmanship for our customers
• Ability to work with deadlines
